Product Specific: Once Crash Replacement is purchased with a product, it is locked to that product and cannot be exchanged or modified. Coverage: Crash Replacement only covers your helmet; Bluetooth audio, visors, and any other accessories are not covered. Zusätzlich habe ich das EOX Crash Replacement-Programm zusammen mit dem Helm erworben. Dazu kann ich bisher nicht viel sagen, da ich glücklicherweise noch keine Probleme hatte und ich hoffe natürlich, dass es auch so bleibt. Es ist jedoch beruhigend zu wissen, im Fall der Fälle abgesichert zu sein.

I had a problem that started as soon as I bought it. Because I asked for the purchase to be cancelled, because I had forgotten to add the headset. But they didn't. The helmet arrived and I was waiting for the headset, but there were disagreements on the part of the delivery man and from Friday it passed to Monday and when I went to pick up the delivery at the collection point, it was not my delivery. Somehow, they disappeared with my purchase and when contacted, the carrier always untalked and said he returned the call. I decided to contact Ruroc herself and even proving everything that happened, they gave me more than 5 days to solve something that there were even videos and photos proving.
