. Gave 2 weeks notice and left the store empty handing back the fob. I was charged for a full month after the notice had expired. No satisfactory explanation just repeating back to me that it’s correct. Now disputing with bank. No response from storefirst despite asking to raise a complaint

Massive thank you to all of the team at the Sheffield branch, especially Tom. Very professional and he bent over backwards to help us out. All of the staff we engaged with were both friendly and helpful. We feel we are in good hands and the facility looks clean and secure.

Our one-year agreement was coming to an end, and the renewal price was unreasonable, so we asked them to match the price of another local competitor we were considering. The price match only applied to new customers, and they showed zero willingness to even attempt to retain a current customer. It was worth the £150 moving cost for that alone.

Safestore have been brilliant to work with and have been really considerate of our needs. The staff have been really thoughtful and flexible throughout and made the process smooth and easy - thank you!

Great customer care. We needed a quote as we thought our house purchase might fall through. A competitive quote and follow up by friendly staff. Thankfully we didn’t need to store the house contents in the end but good care given to us.
