In truth, it isn't a "healthy" snack. That being said, damn tasty! Life is short. I choose to eat these delicious Stroopwafels because they are difficult to resist--and yet I make the box last. (I am eating for one, not two--all evidence to the contrary.) I would love it if some clever baker would tweak the recipe, perhaps subbing in molasses for the high fructose corn syrup.
