I needed to take my car to have some defective paint work corrected in the body shop. The service provided by Mike and Austin was exemplary and the finished job looks brilliant. I can’t thank them enough and would certainly recommend them to others

Dealt with efficiently and politely giving excellent customer service

I have owned three Audis and I have always liked the marque. With my Landrover coming up for renewal and my wife also needing a new car, we dropped into Audi in Knaresborough. We looked around until the receptionist offered to find someone to talk to us. No-one came We asked again. Again no-one came, so we left.
Thinking this was a blip I rang to make an appointment. Someone called Mark arranged this. We arrived, slightly early. We were pleasantly greeted, seated and given a coffee. The young man went to find our salesperson
We waited for 20 minutes after our appointment time. Noone came. As we got up to leave, one of the service staff spotted us and asked if we were ok… she. Then went to find “a manager”. After a further wait a saleswoman arrived - without any explanation “except no-one told me you were here” which wasn’t true. We left.
I think this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have come across. Its clear Sytner doesn’t value its customers or doesn’t train or manage its sales staff properly.

I am a Belgian Audi owner and drove up North to visit my son.
I suddenly saw a yellow warning light on the dashboard and I contacted an Audi repair centre.
This centre was the nearest, so
I placed a call and could come in immediately.
At the garage the staff was extremely friendly.
They attended to me right away way.
I could wait in a very nice area with drinks cold and warm at my disposal. In the end they came back to me that i could drive home To Belgium safely, but had to do a check up at home.
When I asked to settle the bill they replied it was Audi service free of charge.
Pity I can’t buy my next Audi at this place.

My car was recovered to Harrogate Audi on the basis that I was told it would be repaired as soon as possible and fitted in around booked in work. The day after recovery I was sent a booking email for 34 days later. It was over 6 days before it was brought in for diagnosis. Over three weeks later I decided to collect my car which had been repaired and further tested for an entire week, whereby I was asked to sign a false statement that I had been told that a further repair was required, which was untrue. I would have sent my car elsewhere if they had been honest about timescales.

I find changing the car is usually a lot of hassle however the people at Audi Harrogate made it a very pleasant
and stressless experience

I am always made to feel like a valued customer from the personal greeting when I arrive until a friendly goodbye when I leave.
I am kept informed of progress while the car is being worked on, receive a very useful video health check, a complimentary wash & vac and timely notification when the car is ready to pick up.
A great team at Harrogate Audi looking after the car and the customer - well done !
