We went there for my daughter’s ninth birthday with family and friends. She had so much fun when we go there every year to celebrate special occasions. I would recommend going there. The food is good. Cocktails are great. The arcade games are her favourite bit. The staff are always friendly and helpful x

Booked online which was quick and easy
Booked online which was quick and easy, plenty of car parking in the area. Staff helpful and booked us in quickly. All very clean and tidy. Quiet when we went so nice for our two grandchildren to have a bit of space and not worry about going into other people's lanes.

Needs more availability of size 7 ball
Everything was great except for there being no size 7 bowling ball which meant I had to use either size 6 (too light) or size 8 (too heavy). I've not had a problem finding a size 7 on previous visits so disappointed this time. It made playing difficult for me.

Great fun. A lot of the game machines were out of order. But didnt really spoil our night!

Underwood staffed
Had bowling booked for 5 people but because one person wouldn't eat burger we asked to swap for chicken nuggets but because they couldn't change it I asked to order an additional chicken nuggets which I was told I could do after. So we spent 15 mins trying to order the extra meal on the app but the app was down so then went to order the food but because one person was serving between bookings and bar it took another 20 mins before we got served meaning I had to keep running back and forth to play the bowling. Then the other meals came out just as we got back to the table 15 mins later the extra meal came out. I couldn't enjoy the game at all due to all of this and the stress

Food and experience
We had a package what included food we was near the end of our game and food still never arrived the people in next lane arrive 5 min they had food brought out to them I heard one of the women say we didn't even order food and they kept it anyways I spoke to a member of staff and they went to check 10 min later still no staff with an update and our game was over I went and asked the manager who then said our food did come out but was given to the wrong lane amd we had to wait longer for more cooked. Another 15 min later it came we then had to find somewere to sit and the burger was like it had been warmed up in microwave and chips was disgusting. Not great as it was for my daughter birthday so my 6 year old and my neice who was 4 had to wait for food to then not even want to eat it as it was disgusting

We went there thinking we could quickly grab some tickets over the counter, but the lovely staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly and helpful. They directed us to the website, where we managed to get our tickets without any hassle—and even gave us the heads-up about the Thursday special 😉.

Perfect birthday
I celebrated my daughter's birthday on August 2nd. The young women who looked after the party were incredibly kind; the children had a great time bowling, dancing, and eating. I am very pleased with the party and with having chosen Tenpin Bristol.

Birthday celebration
Birthday celebration. Paid £40 for hour bowling and pizza. Kids loved it spent way more in arcade but thats the norm. Food and drink selection and prices very reasonable. Great experence.
