I returned my jacket and have not been refunded or given store credit. You guys are literally impossible to reach as well.

Having bought my first item from Thrudark in May of. 2025 I have since purchased a further 11 items of their clothing which tells a story in itself. I love the two Mountain Pro items I have the Insulated Jacket and the Waterproof jacket both very well made functional and does what it says on the tin. The Wraith Bomber jacket must admit is one of my favourite items to wear on days out in the town. I have a number of teeshirts this is the only area I've had a slight issue with mainly with sizing and getting a fit I'm happy with on the size charts I'm just in the XL but have on couple occasions gone down to an L and on one had to go down to a M as I prefer a slightly closer fit. Overall can't fault the products I have the buying process was easy although adding any benefits I have slightly awkward at times compared to some other sites. Will I carry on purchasing Thrudark products most certainly when my bank balance allows :-)

Clothing great when you select the correct sizes. The fits are not always accurate and I find a lot of hassle in having to switch items although this is done quite quickly at the other end.

In terms of customer service I found it could be improved. Often emails are ignored.

I wanted to order a bundle or utilise offers and these are not always great. I found that 1 item is usually unavilble in my size and when I asked if they could offer the 30% on the items in my size I was told I should wait for the item to come back in stock which never did.

I would love to see them doing better I terms of fuffuling bundles and offering better resolutions.

Pricey kit but very good quality and stylish, always wait until the offers are on personally to get the best value for money. Love the brand and company and what they stand for... Always excellent service and items are deal with swiftly. Not had any issues with any orders, but everything appears to be so efficient.

Great top, I would like to see a double zip though so you can have a bit more freedom on the zip especially when one has had a large lunch!!! Most tops are quite fitted (slim fitted) at the waist. Maybe a look at sizing for some of us who enjoy fine dining… lol - great quality products!!

Absolutely happy with my order and will be again when my next one comes it’s like there based next to a depot to ship out your order fast literally and great quality clothes cheaper than stone island and Canada goose even better style on some not gonna lie , but I do have a problem when I did a survey to get £25 off it said I had 30 days to use it , I’ve tried to use it recently and it didn’t work, the 30days hasn’t come up yet so I’m confused either way I still bought what I wanted
