The use of website I find so easy to use.
The delivery service was great, as I had to redirect items to a hub to pick up, as I knew wouldn’t be home during delivery.
So that was good.
Downside. Not that it makes a difference to me personally, but on quite a few occasions, when I have my VPN on on phone. The app doesn’t display properly the items I want to look at. Not a big issue, but not a fan of turning my vpn off.

Made an order over 2 weeks ago, the payment system they use I believe is shopify then put a different address to my home address. The parcel was sent out and refused ( fair enough) I should have checked. But then Royal Mail says it’s returned to sender near 10 days ago, I’ve tried to contact Thrudark 4 times via chat bot annd email, over the last 10 days and absolutely nothing back. So I believe the parcel is now missing with over £500 worth of clothing. This is a really bad customer service, I’ve been a supporter of the them since they set up but this makes me not want to use them from now on. If I don’t get a response soon I’ll definitely be taking this to trading standards or whoever deals with these situations. The amount of money they charge for their clothing you think they’d be able to afford to pay someone to sort these 1 star review problems out.

Amazing products as always great tier program for rewards

I have been buying thru dark since December 2023. I have spent over £3000 and have been impressed with the quality and service. However, I found on this occasion that the experience and customer service has been very very poor. I have emailed the vip support team 4 times and not heard back. My first message was over 10 working days ago and I have received nothing back. I also contacted co- founder Louis directly to try and resolve a buying issue and again received nothing. It certainly feels like the company has grown too big and wants to make the profit but not deal with customers who have helped them to get to this level.

What a shame a company has applaudable products but nil customer service to back it up.

I ordered 5 items on 02/03/26. Two days later Royal Mail delivered. I eagerly opened the package to find one item (velocity shorts, bought as a set) was missing. I immediately laid the items out. Took a photo and emailed TD.

To date I have sent four e-mails. Nothing. I have since read the numerous similar reviews and my heart sank.

I received an automated response to my first e-mail stating they were committed to responding in 3-5 working days. Guided by their values of Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty!

I spent £258. This was discounted from the original price by £25 after doing a survey (I take all that back of course!) This is on top of £200 or so a few weeks ago.

I have served in the military and law enforcement for 37 years and believe me Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty. This isn’t. TD has given me law enforcement discount and ooooh I’m Tier 3 (not) Loyalty!

I’m now having to take this through my credit card company to get the nearly £60 refund for the shorts.

To be truthful to you all. Products are great but if you have any doubts on sizes etc. Don’t risk it. I am a lover of all things kit related due to my job. But this is far and above the worst customer service experience I have had in this field and it’s not worth the anguish. It’s a buyers markets and there are some good retailers out there with significantly better systems in place.

When I’ve read the endorsement especially by ex SF and personalities. I’m quite sure they don’t endorse this side of the business.

What I shame I have had to use trust pilot as my only way of communicating (because since sending my email - TD staff have responded to reviews!!)

TD - get a grip. Remember Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty!!!

Amazing products, amazing service. Outstanding quality.

The quality of gear from Thrudark is second to none. I have several pieces including the shroud, wraith crew, have two of them. The socks though, they are the best I’ve ever had and worth every penny. Yes their stuff is expensive but it will last for years and looks great. The only thing that gets me about this company is that as soon as they release a new product I feel the money leaving my bank account!! For outdoor gear wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their service is also second to none, nothing is ever too much trouble whether it be exchanges or refunds. I simply have nothing negative to say about Thrudark, I’m a huge fan.

New veles jacket looks great but arm length far too short. Had 3 TD jackets in large and arms all fit perfectly. Veles jacket, arms really short. Didn’t purchase
