My friend who has been very poorly was very disappointed when the flowers arrived. The note inside said the flowers would improve with feeding and watering which they have. Unfortunately this has not made up for the initial disappointment.

The bouquet that you have ordered is one of our couriered items, which is delivered in bud to ensure its freshness and protection on its journey, this is mentioned on our website before ordering. Once received, the flowers will need to have freshly cut stems and be placed in water with flower food. After a couple of days, we expect the flowers to bloom and resemble the advertised image. Information as to where this might occur is displayed on our website.
