Our boiler broke on Monday morning (during the COVID-19 pandemic, this proved to be a nightmare). After another company came and said our boiler was beyond economical repair but would send us some quotes (they didn't) and the manufacturer of our old boiler took ages to communicate, I got in touch with iHeat on Wednesday. Kyler in customer services was excellent on live chat, we booked an install for the next day. Steve (I believe is the fitting manager) called to confirm it all on Wednesday afternoon and at 9:30 today, Seb turned up to install our new Combi. Seb was thorough and professional throughout and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left, a top job by a top man - we would highly recommend iHeat to anyone needing a replacement boiler.
