Alex McKeegan, well this review took us somewhat by surprise as we haven't heard a thing from you in two years since you attended our course and started our coaching. But, looking at your other reviews on Trustpilot you have 8/8 one star reviews for other businesses, it appears you just sadly have a bit of a negative mindset.

When you were at our course two years ago, you signed a feedback form (we took a look at your original Alex McKeegan signed copy) stating 'great 3 days' and giving an overall score of 8/10 - so it certainly seems you were very happy with the Diploma course, and that seems high praise indeed from you!

Yes, at the diploma course, you applied to join our coaching group. That membership is purely by application only - you apply on the Saturday and are interviewed on the Sunday - there is no pressure selling, you have to positively apply to do the mentoring and can walk away any time before you commit to sign up. You have plenty of time to consider if it is right for you.

Now whilst applying for our coaching is completely optional, I do make it crystal clear that you have to take action and use the programme. You had unlimited email support for 12 months too - you logged 10 requests in your first month that were all answered quickly (you even told us 'wow! impressively fast reply'!), but then nothing more was heard from you till now.

You also had 52 weekly webinars to attend but I can't see that you did, and a library of online courses that you don't appear to have been through.

In terms of your comment that courses are 'never updated' since you joined there have in fact been 14 new courses added to the site and 6 existing courses updated, so I am afraid that is simply a blatant lie and defamatory

Having visited your website for Al's Plaice Chip Shop (http://ww1.alsplaicebedford.co.uk/) in Biggleswade, Bedford of which you are a director, it does seem that you haven't implemented what was taught to you on the course 2 years ago but we wish you the best with your business. Maybe it’s time to refresh your training with our up to date courses if you wish to improve your web presence?

We also note that you will appreciate us defending your misleading review as it seems you have been on the receiving end of negative reviews with an average score of 3/5 for your chip shop on Tripadvisor.

It's a regret that you had a comprehensive programme of support, coaching and resources to help you, but it would seem that you have simply not made any use of the training package you purchased. You never made any complaint to us that the programme was lacking in any way, and then, 2 years later, you reappear seeming to blame us for your lack of action??
