I am totally disappointed and also very worried. I took my dog to Friern Barnet groom room .My Bichon fries is a very happy dog , since he has been groomed three days ago he is completely depressed and he doesn’t want to go out at all. He looks traumatised. They cleaned his ear as I asked and when I went to collect him they said he started shaking his head and that could be extremely dangerous not being able to explain properly what she meant by that and asked us to tie his ear until he stop shaking his head, otherwise he will need a very expensive operation. I am so sad because I don’t even know what went wrong in there and when I call no one answers. I think someone should be accountable for this mess but it seems there is no one who can take responsibility. This place is not recommended at all under any conditions.
