I ordered on 5.11.22, contacted customer services after no order received by 11.11.22. I explained That i needed the coat for a Funeral on 15.11.22 and the communication and help I received has been second to none. They sent a personalised email with condolences and then have sent another coat next day delivery as well as partially refunded my postage. The item was indeed delivered next day less than 24hrs.
It is a lovely quality coat.
I would use again.
