One mug broken when collected from Daventry Waitrose. Tried to get a replacement but John Lewis was out of stock. Told Stratford John Lewis had one and would send it but later Stratford contacted me to say it didn’t. Finally got a replacement from a local store. John Lewis did refund me and add £10 for goodwill.

Hi, I'm sorry one of your mugs was broken when you collected your order. I appreciate it must have been frustrating when we were unable to offer a replacement, however I am glad to see we offered a suitable apology for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. ^Trish
