UPDATE
Eventually received a reply, after sending four emails, and received a refund for the missing order.

I placed an order on 16th April 2023 and received a post office tracking number. The tracking number is showing my order was delivered on 20th April but I only received one packet containing half my order. Despite emailing Holywood Stores on 20th, 22nd and 25th April I have not had a reply about the rest of my order. Very poor service and I am now out of pocket.
