Works very well for me. Some information on weight loss vitamins would be great, how to incorporate exercise into the plan and what is the best type of exercise sales would probably benefit a lot more if the company put their acts together and got off their butts to get a good plan together. But if you do your own research the products, I think they are really good, but for the price of the products this should be included in the sale of their products. Nice taste though
