After such a very bad 4 years with slg..i have eventually recieved excellent advice from a new staff who has just joined .
Paul Obrien explained everything thoroughly and in detail.
Wish he was the one to deal with my case from the start.
I personally think hes wasted in a company that seems to have a very bad organisation and poor knowledge staff.
