Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, no help was provided, I then went to the in person store where they told me I could exchange my good for no extra charge and the sales person charged me extra as the 'offer for Ramadan' had expired despite be buying it on offer, having the receipt to prove it hadn't been more than 10 days and being told when purchasing I wouldn't be charged extra which was the only reason I bought it. The person who worked there spoke in a very condescending manner and was extremely rude to me and my mum. Terrible. The products are nice however the service was appalling.
