Absolutely disgusted
They have paid me out previously but have deiced to withhold 3 separate withdrawals totalling 90 pounds which was taken from my mobile ee bill i have not used the 90 pounds on mr q games yet they have not put the money back in either my bank or my ee bill which I am now 90 pound out of pocket ! How is that fair mr q just get to keep my 90 pounds !???!
and locked me from my account .
I've emailed all documents 4 times yet they have just ignored my emails for nearly 2 months now!!! totally appalled!

Hey Dan,
You might get tired of playing by the rules, but we don't. You deposited a total of £90 via your mobile number and immediately tried to withdraw the funds as you have stated, without any gameplay on our site, which is against our rules.
Because of this, we requested documents from you which you did provide us with partly, but we are still waiting on others. As soon as you can provide us with these we can hopefully move forward.
