You’ll do things you never thought you could
After 4 months with Peter I was doing things I never thought I would do in my life! I was skinny fit before and tired all the time, and now I'm doing weighted lunges with 90 pounds and I feel SO much better. I’m at 6 months now and feel like I might finally have a reliable fitness habit to take with me for the rest of my life.
Peter is a great motivator, does what he can to be flexible with your schedule, and works with your body's limitations/concerns- I have scoliosis and POTS and he has been great helping me push my limits safely.
10/10 would train with again
