Difficult to get heard
Difficult to get heard. I've mentioned that the showers are just Luke warm for over 6 months and still same in winter. I'm left shivering afterwards. I've spoken to the staff several times. They have been luke warm from before spring 24 at all times of day. They are still the same now, Jan 25. Bangor, ni.
