I popped into the shop where I was warmly welcomed by Steph and Maggie . I had needed to change my walking coats for a while but they always seemed to drop down the list of to do. This time I had more time and it was explained about the members card and the various types and levels of waterproofing . The staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy . I explained my requirements and I was given plenty of options. I went for a coffee then came back and purchased 2 coats/ jackets !!! I have to say it was down purely to the staff. Thank you and well done and I hope you get recognised for this by your bosses!
