Overall, my experience with the service has been good, but the support has been frustrating. Since May 1st, 2025, the server has been down for no apparent reason. At first, I assumed it was just routine maintenance, but now it's May 5th, and it’s still not working.
I submitted a support ticket, and all I got were generic responses saying they’re “working on the issue.” There’s no clear explanation of what’s actually happening, and it feels like they’re just sending scripted replies. Meanwhile, my work is completely stuck, and I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal to just turn the server back on.
This issue has become critical for me, and I’m really disappointed with the lack of proper communication and urgency from support.
