Telling you so you don't bother ordering
Two weeks now and I have a tracking number that is not real (not been dispatched).
Tried twice to contact and get no response at all.
I have used these a couple of times in the past and was sent my item in good time. You can only tell how good an online retailer is when you have an issue. How quickly do they communicate with you and how do they solve the problem.
These guys seems to pretend you don't exist. I can see me having to go to my bank to get my money back.
Update 20th June 2025 - still waiting for a response from any of my messages
Update 6th July 2025 - another attempt to contact and no response in a week. It's now over a month since given a tracking number that has not reached Royal Mail yet. I've finally had to file a claim with my card issuer, see if that gets me my £64.59 back
