DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered my second month dose of mounjaro £165 when I tried to administer the injection ,it was damaged ,I contacted the customer service through email first .nothing came back ,so I phoned and was told to send videos and photos of the broken product, still nothing back from the company. After 5 phone calls and being to asked to send videos and photos again ( I was told they had received my emails with attachments) . All I get told is its being possessed. 14 days later I'm still waiting for a reply . This is so unacceptable from any company. Ive said I dont want a refund just a replacement. 😡
