Cinch Home Services sent Atria service to repair my refrigerator during the attempted repair they damage the wiring and dented and scratched my stainless steel refrigerator in several places on the front door and never returned to complete the repair. Cinch Home Services did not want to hear anything about it and blamed Atria. I contacted Atria, provided pictures documentation and even a text message of the technician who apologize for damaging it. We have been going back and forth since june, then finally a manager from Atria, Mitchell Inocencio , negotiated with me and agreed to pay me $500 for the cosmetic damage. I signed the release all the paperwork mailed it back and have heard nothing for several weeks every time I called them they tell me the check is in the mail. And I'm still trying to get my refrigerator repaired.
