Outstanding Jimmy Duke-Evans
Hi
I enquired a about a funeral plan for my mum who is palliative care now.
I spoke to Jimmy Duke-Evans what a fantastic guy. He is very polite and courteous. After the initial conversation have gave us a couple of weeks until the brochure came through. When we got the brochure mum got upset. When Jimmy called I mentioned about mum getting upset so he said he will call in a couple of weeks.
Now mum has chosen what she wants felling much relief that is all set up.
So Jimmy was outstanding never push us into any making sure affordability and everything was satisfactory. I definitely recommend Aura to anyone.
