I had an amazing experience at PureGym Streatham! The manager Troy was very supportive, polite and generous with his time. He showed a real commitment to customers in getting the best from their experience in the gym. I was shown how to effectively use the specific equipments I had asked to see. I was shown how to access help should I need too. As well as help that was specific to my needs such as access to the lift. I was shown the emergency exit and safety protocol that the gym has, ensuring all users are safe. The atmosphere in the gym is very calm and peaceful. Not busy and overwhelming as I thought it would be. The equipment is cleaned regularly; I witness staff cleaning several of them. As a premium member I am yet to experience other PureGym locations but for now, I’m grateful for the support and welcome at the Streatham location and have had several visits now.
