My son wanted to buy a new winter coat which meant the staff having to unlock numerous rails so he could try them on. The staff did so quickly and cheerfully (they must have to do this umpteen times a day I would struggle to stay cheerful myself!) the coat we wanted wasn’t in stock but Eddie not only ordered it for us for home delivery but assisted us to get a discount which was very welcomed. Eddie is a credit to the store and company.
