I was buying products at the Bullring…

I was buying products at the Bullring in Birmingham, and the salesperson seemed competent. However, when I returned two hours later because I'd changed my mind and wanted to exchange a more expensive perfume for a cheaper one, he was neither so kind nor competent. He replaced the product, the price difference being £20. To this day, almost a month later, I haven't received a refund. The customer service is very incompetent, and they either pretend not to see my replies or don't know how to use email. After several attempts to respond to emails saying, "Sorry, but you haven't replied to us" (I have a complete correspondence history and proof of their incompetence), they closed our conversation without resolving the obvious problem of not getting a refund. I strongly advise against this; I don't like the way high street sellers behave. I don't trust them. Go to reputable stores instead of spending a fortune with dishonest companies.
