I hoped that the reviews saying scam wouldn't apply to me, so I used them because they have a 4 star rating overall on Trustpilot.
What actually happened was that I ordered a coat from them, it came with weird black marks on it, so I asked them for a refund. While they did provide me with a returns label (normally they make you pay for returns fyi), it took a month for me to even get a refund (I stopped asking for an exchange after 2 weeks of getting the runaround, and simply wanted my money back).

They kept saying they were currently moving warehouses and things were taking longer to locate, but reading some of the reviews here on more detail showed me they've been giving that excuse for years. After 3 weeks of useless apologies, and them refusing to even acknowledge they had my package, I told them I would report their company for fraud. Suddenly I got my refund in 2 days. Will never use again, absolutely terrible experience.
