Submitted my medical negligence claim online on a Sunday. No call until Weds.
Had a call, obviously a call centre, I asked to call back as it wasn’t convenient as I was in work. They left a message to call them which I did - no answer during business hours. I chose this company as they have a negligence senior solicitor in Cardiff where I live.
Poor service so will try an alternative company.
