I did a lease buyout and they did not include TTL to my new loan with another company. I had to pay out of pocket! They both played the blame game!
It both of their jobs to make sure this is part of an auto purchase! They do this everyday! I do not! And Audi was quick to close the account on my credit when I have never been late on a payment! Almost 10 years!
