After experiencing a problem with ordering online for a store collection which the system would not let me do I called the Launceston Store and spoke to Linzi who went the extra mile to check stock of the item and put it back for me for collection today which I have done. Linzi and her colleague were cheerful and engaging and extremely helpful and a great ambassador for the store. Well Done
