Bought a rab alpine jacket costing £154.00 pounds from go outdoors in January after a couple of weeks took it back as it was losing feathers after speaking to the manager he said you would lose some feathers but not a lot , today went back again as there was a hole in the inside of the sleeve again spoke to the manager he believes the material has maybe had some sort of chemical or something spilled on it as the material looks different compared to the rest of it , the jacket has never been washed or anything I couldn’t believe what i was hearing but he says it’s not a manufacturer fault so there’s nothing they can do I will never ever shop in this place again that’s for sure
