I took the parcel to my local drop off…

I took the parcel to my local drop off point ten days ago and it has seen to have gone astray somewhere in the system. Did try to track during this period but with no luck with the various refrence numbers at my disposal. Have now managed to contact to the company I was returning the item to by email this evening but they are relucant to act until the package arrives ar their depot.

Following on from my review I received a email from the company asking me to suppy further details of my problem and forward them by email.Unfortuntly the email details they supplied did not work. Say no more
