Customer service is shocking. It is slow, unhelpful and a waste of time. I had a faulty item which I had to pay £5 to return. How is this right? I asked about my order and then answer related to an order from 2 years ago!
The sizing of clothing has also become an issue. I purchased 2 t-shirts of exactly the same style but different colours. One was bigger than the other!
Why do the t-shirts always fold up at the bottom??
Why are the arms on hoodies / jackets so long??
A great company and some excellent clobber but you are letting yourselves down now with the customer service & returns policy.
