After ordering a 5x3 shed for my daughter’s garden I discovered on delivery that the shed had windows which I didn’t want. The customer service team were excellent, arranging for the shed to be collected and a replacement sent. Shaun was particularly helpful by following up with phone calls and emails to check everything had been sorted. Faultless customer service, thank you very much.
