Review over Wallbox Chargers
I had a Wallbox Copper SB installed around a month ago and only used it once or twice before it developed a fault. I called the telephone support line and they were helpful and an engineer turned up a couple of days later. He too was helpful and diagnosed that the unit needed to be replaced. Three days later Wallbox called me to advise me that the box would be replaced, but they didn't know just when. Now four days later still no news. So the box has been down for ten days now, no home charging available and no sense of urgency from Wallbox.
I really recommend you give this Brand a miss.
Update: The day after I wrote the above I was contacted by some random company I'd never heard of advising me that a new box was on the way and I should call them when it arrived so that they could install it. I also received an email from a courier company advising me of the impending delivery of the box. I was then contacted by the engineer who had come out to do the original fault determination advising me he would install the box when it arrived. I'd found him professional on his first visit so I was happier with him doing the installation than the unknown company. The box arrived the following day and on the 20th the original engineer installed it and it's been working since. Just after the engineer left I got a call from the Wallbox helpdesk, I thought "mmm, maybe they have got their act together and are calling to see if I'm happy with the installation. No such luck, it was just a coincidence and the Wallbox agent was calling to tell me a box was on the way. Nothing in Wallbox's customer care is joined up.
So, bottom line. The person I dealt with in Wallbox helpdesk was excellent, but she's stuck in a process that isn't fit for purpose. The engineer I dealt with was excellent too, but goodness knows why Wallbox had also requested the unknown company to contact me.
The problem is Wallbox's customer care processes are sloppy, have no sense of urgency and it is impossible to contact anybody senior in the Company, even in their HQ.
So the product is probably good but be aware that until they take customer care seriously and if a problem does occur there will be delays and you should probably have a "spare" ICE car available.

After over thirty years in the IT industry a lot of it using poorly designed and written Microsoft products I am delighted I've made the switch to Apple. I have a MacBook, an iMac and an iPad and they all work together seamlessly through iCloud. The quality of the hardware is also stunning.
I will never us a Windoze based machine again.

Impossible to deal with. It took me multiple phone calls over 48 hours to cancel my subscription. It then took a complaint to the Data Protection Commissioner to force them to stop sending me promotional mail.

I’ve being using Amazon quite extensively in various countries since 1997 but I’d never tested their customer service until recently. I bought a top of the range Tomtom satnav in 2011 through Amazon.co.uk. After about six months the unit started to reboot every six or seven minutes. This was very inconvenient and quite dangerous when navigating around a strange city. I discovered on the Internet that this was a known problem with my model. I contacted Tomtom under warrantee and they gave me the run around for about three weeks asking me to undertake increasingly ludicrous problem determination. In frustration I emailed Amazon and asked if they would consider replacing the unit. About three hours later I checked my email and I had already received a mail from Amazon stating that they had shipped a new unit to my address and asking me to return the faulty one to them. All in all this was an interesting exercise because I experienced the worst customer service possible (from Tomtom) and the best possible (from Amazon) on the same issue. I unreservedly recommend Amazon.
