Saf Patel and his team prepared a fantastic itinerary for our trip to South Africa - a mix of game drives in a spectacular reserve; driving and stopping off along the Garden Route and then time to relax in Cape Town. We had a great holiday and the reassurance of knowing that Saf is there to sort it out if there are any queries.

Having just returned from Barbados and St Vincents, we've had a great time thanks to Saf and the Dial-a-Flight team. Incredibly helpful when we were booking the trip; dealing with all our queries and solving any problems we had. We were fully supported whilst we were travelling, as they dealt with flight changes and their impact for us. Highly recommended - we'll be booking again soon.

I've been reading the magasine for 20+ years and love the format and most of the contents. I'll try the recipes, look for the books and enjoy reading about those who've overcome adversity or are making a difference. It would be great to hear more about them (I'd be happy to see male and female); see affordable fashion covered/reviewed more (perhaps 'how to get a look budget; mainstream and high end') and info on innovations that are simple and easy to take on board.

We recently asked Hammonds to update the doors on furniture they fitted 15 years ago. It has lasted well, we like the layout, so only wanted the doors changing. We chose our new wardrobe doors and also had 2 chest of drawers added. The designer and surveyor took their time to ensure we had thought of everything that needed doing (moving a plug; changing a radiator) to ensure our new bedroom layout would work. The furniture was delivered as per schedule and the fitter did a great job - managing to finish earlier than planned. Highly recommended.

Having searched for several weeks to find the right window and door furniture I finally found them in 1 retail outlet - at extortionate cost. When I found this website it had the same items 1/3rd cheaper. The website was easy to use; clear and straightforward. The items were delivered as advised, with a message sent on the day of delivery to confirm arrival time.
