Visited the Wigan store today, Friday 21st of November 2025.
My wife and myself needed to exchange some hiking boots that we had bought earlier in the day, which proved to be slightly too tight a fit.
We were met by one of your floor staff, name of Danny, in the hiking boots and shoe department. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient as we tried on several different sizes until we found the correct fit for our boots.
Danny was very knowledgeable, funny and listened to our stories about hiking as we tried on the boots. We had a laugh and he was just a really lovely, nice young man and great with customers.
We wish Danny well and what a super sales assistant he is!

Good experience during my phone call. The gentleman who took the call, I think was Dharnos? Apologies if I got that wrong, the call was broken up by a bad signal. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Bought a pair of alto 15" powered subs from 'Getinthemix' after watching their youtube video demo and doing some other research on these powered speakers. The speakers were delivered free, on time, in perfect condition and at the lowest price I could find them on the internet.
