Excellent tool

Rikki Patel has been my dentist for over 13 years and has always been excellent. We have often discussed certain teeth and their longevity and he has done everyhting he can to save one particular tooth. Today it was time for it to come out. He was very attentive, explained the process and havinh taken the tooth out, after the anaesthetic had worn off, I had no pain at all. An excellent job.

I have been a patient here ever since we moved to Warlingham in 2008. Rikki Patel has been my dentist throughout that period. He has been fantastic, always being supportive, helpful and above all, managing to keep my teeth in as good a shape as possible. Now in my 70s, I can honestly say, he is, without doubt, the best dentist I’ve had.

The changes to the practice since the takeover a few years ago have further enhanced the service they offer. I feel privileged to be a patient.

Leona was most helpful as ever. Oceania have changed their pricing policy and removed some Simply More benefits. ROL helped to bridge the gap by negotiating a top of the range drinks package to help offset the difference.

We have used Blinds2Go before and were happy to order through them again. When the blind arrived it was marginally to big to fit in the recess. We contacted them and understandably as we hadnt opted for the 'Measurement Insurance' they requested photos and a measurement check. We submitted the information and on a final check we realised that we had not measured the recess distance at the point where the blind was to be installed - schoolboy error on my part - walls are not always straight. Blinds2Go agreed to discount the correct sized blind as a gesture of goodwill which was really appreciated as they didnt have to as to error was ours.

The morale of the story - check the measurement exactly where the blind is to go - not where it is easier and secondly, the Measurement Insurance is a good idea - the Twist2Go blinds, whilst a great design, do have a small tolerance of about 10mm in order to fit.

I would recommend Blinds2Go again. Great service and good building of customer relationship.

Cheery drivers despite a long day - we were 20th on their list and they had more to do. Shame it took 18 days from date of order to delivery 🚚 - not the driver’ fault. No tried product yet but all looks good.

Two guys very helpful and courteous. Only issue was text at 6am saying delivery between 7.20-8.20am then delayed to 9.30am. Shame we got up at 6.45am!!

End to end process efficient from sales meeting through survey and installation. The install team of 4 were on time, polite, and whole job was completed in just a morning.

No time frame given on day of delivery until I phoned up. Product as described.
