I've bought so many pre loved books from this company that I have lost track which book I am reviewing. Every book I have had has been near perfect.

I've bought lots of second hand books from this company. All in great condition. Then I pass them in to friends or charity shops.

So easy to pass on items that still have use. I've handed over a vacuum cleaner, Christmas decorations and plants. Quickly collected and gone to good homes and not landfill.

I didn't need it, but it's good to know it was there, just in case. Inexpensive, but comprehensive.

I purchased two preloved books, and they sent me a free one too. The books I ordered were in great condition, just as described. The freebie had a bit of a rip on the cover, but nothing a bit of glue couldn’t fix, and it’s a great coffee table book . All delivered in recyclable packaging, well wrapped and delivered with care in a few days. Perfect.

I purchase a Citroen C3 Puretech from the website on 1st September 2025. The current mileage was displayed as 44814. The car was delivered a week later on the 8th (from a site 42 miles from where I live). The odometer read 045112, which is fine. Then I read the paperwork and the MOT on 20th June 2025 read 54678. I rang Cinch to query and they said they would look into it. Whilst I was waiting to hear back from them I check the previous MOT on 20th June 2024 and that read 48030. Multiple telephone calls and emails didn’t get any further than they were investigating. I rang them to return the car. Collection takes a week. They didn’t turn up, so I had to rebook for three days later. I missed three days off work to still have no car. Very disappointing and still no response to my complaint. (It’s 17th October today.)

I have used this company so many times there must be lots of my reviews. Always great value and speedy deluvery.

Took us a while to find the perfect holiday for us as there were so many to chose from. Lovely to get two discounts too. Leaves us more spending money for extras whilst we are there.

As per all my previous reviews. I have only ever had on parcel delivered to the wrong street in error, and I got a replacement parcel a few days later. All couriers have been courteous, friendly and respectful

We stayed in the Peterborough (Hampton) branch. The room was as hot as hell. There was a fan provided, but it just moved the heat around the room. A very disturbed and uncomfortable sleep in 29oC. I have had a headache all morning despite taking paracetamol and ibuprofen together and drinking pints of water. We would have had a better night's sleep in the bar area, which was a much more pleasant temperature.

I used this shop so many times for holiday clothing. Such a shame my local branch has closed
