Helpful young ladies. Cup of coffee offered on arrival followed by a short wait to get costume jewellery, watches, pens, cufflinks etc valued.
Not the best return anticipated but sufficient to accept and move on.

I couldn't get Tesco Insurance, my existing insurer, to extend cover to my daughter's car, even though I had not used their pre-paid insurance for 2 months (car written off) Dec'r 2025 and claim only settled mid Feb 2026.
Tempcover came to rescue to enable me to get cover for one week whilst awaiting delivery on a replacement car!
Only wish Tesco Insurance was as good as Tempcover!

Regular updates keeps me informed on investment progress.

Easy to deal with and kept to time scales.
Only small criticism was the cable run down front of house could have been straighter!

The first experience when hearing from Gigaclear following my online interest was good. I agreed to go ahead and further info was emailed over same day.
Confirmation date for installation was then received.
So far so good!
Further review to follow after installation and using the new service.

From order to delivery was prompt within 2 - 3 days.
However, Royal Mail delivery times can not be relied on. Was to be between 10.30 am - 2.30 pm. Actually arrived nearer 4.30 pm when I had left home.

The offer available was as it said on the brochure and was handled professionally by the AA operative. Other options were also offered.

Good app easy to use. Sometimes doesn't accept finger print access but can depend on where and when used.

Service good and helpful. Only downside was a delay in completing tests due to machine failure.

Paid for a quicker delivery 5th July.
However, delivery company changed date to 6th July only notifying me on the date of expected delivery.
Not a reliable service from DPD on this occasion!

Book turned up on time and in good condition as described.

No waiting around. In and out with relevant tests done and follow up arranged for a cataract appointment later.

Would have given more stars if delivery had been within 3 days rather than 5.

Early days but after sales service will tell more
later.

First time I have used Quidco.
Will wait to see how things go over next few transactions!
