Excellent service from Vertu Stamfordham Rd

Called into Vertu Stamfordham Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne after having a problem with the infosystem.
Extremely helpful male receptionist, sorry we didn't get your name. Who then brought his colleague David through to have a look at our car. He resolved our issue within ten minutes, we were so happy and relieved.

Complaint resolved.

Contacted customer services and was told to send pictures of faults with chair. They were misaligned bolt holes in the seat, and the lever which raises and lowers the chair wasn't attached.
They sent a video back, which my husband watched then tried the 'repair', it didn'twork.
They also referred to a broken foot rest, I have no idea why!
I have now contacted them three times since the video, which they have ignored.
Terrible customer service.
**I have reviewed my comments since receiving a new footrest quickly after my original review. Footrest is assembled and we are very pleased with it.**

This has to be one of the best delivery companies out there.
Great courier too, he carries into house for me.

The idea seemed great but due to unclear instructions, I found the whole experience stressful.
I'm 70 and would have much preferred just a code to use. Sorry neither me or my phone like qr codes!!
