Delivered to the wrong address

Was delivered to wrong house. This was a birthday gift for my wife stayed in all day waiting for it

Excellent service and well packed item no complaints at all.

I can say my experience so far has been fuss free. The company got all the information they needed without any help from myself as most of the information I hadn't got anymore. They have now submitted the claim I will have wait a while now to find out the outcome. Payments are not due until December if validated.

As Always the item is well built but there is a big problem with the machine it is useless as it only has two cutting height setting of which both are not short enough needs to go back to the drawing board with this machine and soon. Also could the Gtech wiz kids look into producing some sort of modification to improve the cutting height that could be sent out to the customers just a thought
