I attended the speed awareness course on Saturday the 5th of march 2022 at york.
The two instructor's were informative and pleasant and made the course flow well by being humorous but maintaining the seriousness of the reason we were there

from joining first utility, right up to the present moment it has been hassle free

After ordering a 6ft frosted xmas tree and getting confermation I was suprised that I had to ring up some 3 weeks later to find out what was the hold up, to be told that they were waiting for a delivery. Fair enough, two weeks later it arrived, but it was green, even though the dispatch note said it was frosty.On ringing up to complain, I was asked if I had ordered a frosted tree.I pointed out that the delivery note said it was frosted when the picture on the side was green. After a question and answer debate it was finaly sorted out, and two days later we recieved the correct tree
