I was impressed with this company…

I was impressed with this company service, they are compassionate, patient care is at the top of their agenda, I love the dentist for the first time in decades! I can’t thank the whole team for giving me back a life that I thought would be one of constant dental pain and eventually a set of false teeth I would never be happy with.
I would 100% recommend 21D to others in a position like myself.

Customer care/Rubbish Deliverys!

3 times they have given me delivery dates and never bothered to turn up! or let us know they would not be coming.... On the 3rd time, they tell me that the wharehouse have not dispatched it yet! Do they not understand that people take days off work for these things! If it was one of their workers do you think they would be happy letting them have (as of tomorrow) 4 days off work! NO.
