Review over AXA UK Car and Home
I wanted to check I'd given the information correctly before purchasing the policy online. No easy way to speak to someone.
Just got response from Axa, pity they didn't read what I wrote. Policy documents are only available after purchase. If I'd purchased the insurance with incorrect information, they would have cancelled the policy. I wanted to be honest and get it right. Surely the insurance company wants that too?

I ordered a digital piano and was a little concerned about the delivery as the company stated it was a doorstep delivery. However the driver wanted my help to carry it into the house for which I was grateful. I had no need to contact the seller as the website was clear enough for me to make my choice. I was kept informed every step of the way and delivery was when I was told it would be. I would use gear4music again and recommend them to my friends or family. The instrument itself is perfect for me to learn on.
Review over Buttercup Farm
I purchased a potting table for delivery which arrived quickly. In previous dealing with the company I found the staff helpful, polite and phoned back when they said they would. I would use this company again.
Review over My Parcel Delivery
they did what I expected, collected a parcel and delivered it, but I expected a collection before 10am. This was made at 16.30. Delivery was made at nearly 6pm. If I'd waited in all day I'd be furious! Not sure I'd use them again if they can't do as they've promised to a new customer!
