There’s no particular thing that makes me give 5 stars to QVC. I very rarely come across any problems from them. The only problem is the p&p, I think if you buy more than one item of the same product code, you should only pay one p&p, regardless of colour/fragrance/ etc. otherwise I’m good with their stuff.

QVC is the best shopping channel in my opinion. You have a 60 day money back guarantee. You can try the product whatever it is and then send it back if you don’t like it. The products are great value, I could go on and on but I won’t. I’ve never had any problems with them.

we went to this branch on Thursday 05.05.22. The sales assistant who served us was called Steve. He was the nicest most helpful person. WE were allowed to try the chair, compare it with others, go back to the first one we tried, all so we could get the right material to suit us. He had the patience of a saint, gave an opinion if we asked him, and showed no disrespect to us at all. We think he should be sales assistant of the month. As always Yours clothing has not disappointed. As I'm disabled I don't get out to shop much. I can do it in the comfort of my own home and when I get my purchases, I'm always happy. Thank you.

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that, sometimes my parcel is left in an alternative place even though we are home. The car is on the drive, there is no card put through the letterbox telling us where the parcel is, the bell hasn't rung, and today, the only way I knew I had a parcel was because I got an email with a photo telling me where it was. Nobody rang the bell. I'm quite put out when that happens.

I don't know what else to say about TJC, that I haven't said already. I love TJC, the service is excellent, the products are affordable, the quality is good. Easy, no fuss shopping. thank you.

We are happy with the wallpaper. It went very well with our furnishings in the lounge. Very plain, but sparkly. Would recommend BUT only if your walls are smooth cos every little bump shows through.

We had our oven cleaned on 12/6/18, Kevin Lilley was very punctual and friendly and he made our greasy oven look like new. He cleaned both
ovens, the grill and all of the exterior. worthy of 5Stars.

In our opinion we can't fault ScS Sofas at all. The salesman (Albert) in the Lakeside branch where we purchased our furniture was excellent, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly, in as much as he made us feel very comfortable. The furniture we purchased; AMX Nelson looks lovely. We chose the colour we wanted and Albert told us how long the delivery was. We were pleasantly surprised that we will get the furniture ( 2 two seater sofas & 1 armchair) before Christmas. Well done.

I ordered 6 Flynn chair and I must say I am delighted with them. When you order on line you have to trust that the description is accurate and in this case it was spot on. They are comfortable and as I have mobility problems I need a comfy chair to sit on. They look so much more expensive than they were. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I was left to browse without any interference. I chose my chair and the lady who served us took my details, I paid my deposit, was told how long the delivery would be, it was spot on. The chair was delivered, put together, made sure it worked, and I have been using it ever since. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
