If you lapse your subscription and rejoin months later, then the lower price you see when not logged into your account will not apply to you or your account when you do sign back into your account. The price increases, as the discounts are only applicable when you originally joined.
Gamivo Helpdesk make every excuse in the book, regardless of the factual evidence you provide to not give a real reason for the price difference.
I had no choice but to immediately end my subscription as it's not worth the €2.99 + Tax to not benefit from anything

As we have explained multiple times in the ticket regarding this matter, this promotion can only be taken advantage of when you are subscribing for the first time, and use the BASKET-SMART discount in your purchase. As already discussed, you were not able to do that due to purchasing the subscription as a standalone product and were therefore provided with a replacement discount coupon that granted you the SMART deal in the other order on our platform.
All the information regarding the SMART-Price promotion is always clearly visible to our customers and you can read about it on every product page (unless you are already subscribed, then, logically, the promotion will no longer be visible).
